Kagoshima, Japan · Est. 1900

Over a century of
growing the finest tea.

"In Kagoshima, tea isn't a product — it's a practice passed down through generations. We don't grow fast. We grow right."

Nestled at the southern tip of Japan's Kyushu island, our partner estate has cultivated tea since 1900. Volcanic soil from Mount Sakurajima, a subtropical climate, and long hours of sunlight create growing conditions that are impossible to replicate elsewhere.

What started as a small family operation is now a fully certified estate — but the philosophy has never changed. Every batch of matcha and hojicha we source comes from Kagoshima. No blending from unknown farms. No cutting corners on shade-growing or harvest timing.

Quality & safety

Not just good tea.
Provably good tea.

Every batch comes with Certificates of Origin — the paperwork supplement manufacturers, food producers, and premium retailers need.

The farm operates on a principle that has guided it since its founding: the land gives more when you take less. Organic cultivation isn't a marketing choice — it's a 125-year-old commitment. The estate obtained organic JAS certification and has maintained it across every growing cycle, with zero tolerance for synthetic inputs.

All documentation — COA, pesticide reports, organic certificates — available on request with any wholesale inquiry.
🌿

ISO9001 Quality Management
Consistent quality control processes from cultivation and harvest through to processing and final packaging.
